Regarding COVID Premium Adjustments

If you have adjusted your commute, coverages, mileage driven, don’t forget to let us know when you are back to work so we can have your policy correctly reflect your situation.

Regarding Customer Service

As of June 15th, we are reopening our offices across Windsor-Essex County.  The health and wellness of our customers and staff remain a priority at this time.
What can you expect when you enter one of our locations?
– Firstly, please be advised that the majority of our personal service can be done electronically and we do encourage you to call your broker advance to see how this can work for you.
– If an in-person visit is necessary we do recommend making an appointment with your broker.
– We do require that you sanitize your hands upon entering our buildings.
– Please do not come if you or anyone in your household has any COVID19 related symptoms.  Symptom free status for 14 days prior to entering is required.
– We have various PPE that we are utilizing depending on the situation and have a daily cleaning schedule for every location.
– You are welcomed, but not required to wear a mask upon entering our buildings.

Most payments can be made online through our “Make a Payment” button located on our home page in the top right corner. If you are having trouble making a payment simply call us and we can assist you.
